Alright, week 5 and 6 are complete. I did not journal at all during these weeks. Time was just not on my side. But I stuck to the plan as best I could and tracked things a little anal retentively. Cause I am like that.

Phew! Week 3 and 4 are complete. I have no idea why I found them so challenging but I am so excited they are over!!!!

Alrighty, looks like we are ready to continue this experiment in my wellness journey. This segment of the journey will begin January 25th and will finish on February 7th, inclusive.

The first weeks of this recorded journey have been a success! I managed to keep to the plan every day. Not so much the writing about the plan, but as I originally thought, school really took a toll on my time management. Among the first few things that get pushed to the back is writing about this adventure.
